Summary




  • The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales of stockbroking products and services, and supporting the firm’s overall growth objectives in the equities market.

  • Strategies to attract new clients and expand the firm’s customer base.

  • Promote and sell the firm’s stockbroking products and services.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client needs within the capital market.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional, high-net-worth, and retail investors.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients on investment opportunities.

  • Collaborate with research and trading teams to provide market insights and investment advice to clients.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all business development activities.

  • Meet and exceed set revenue and client acquisition targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and feedback.

  • Represent the firm at industry events, networking sessions, and client forums.
