Job Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality and Order Manager to oversee our order fulfillment, inventory, and procurement processes.


• This role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards, accurate order delivery, efficient inventory management, and effective vendor relationships.


• The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage quality control procedures across fulfillment operations, including inspections and audits.


• Oversee inventory planning, stock rotation, and optimization strategies to ensure availability and accuracy.


• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.


• Supervise procurement activities including vendor selection, supplier performance, and contract management.


• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.


• Collaborate with customer service to resolve order-related issues and address customer feedback.


• Provide leadership and direction to unit managers in procurement, fulfillment, inventory, and quality control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification in relevant academic field


• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality control, order fulfillment, inventory, or procurement, with leadership experience.


• Strong knowledge of quality management, inventory systems, and procurement best practices.


• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools.


• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


• Strong communication and customer service orientation
