Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Organize and coordinate a sales team
- Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
- Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
- Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand
- Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards
- Supervise and oversee the maintenance of customer databases
- Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents
- Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field preferred
- 3 years’ experience in a sales focused customer/client facing role with a track record of top performance
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Ability to use CRM and ERP softwares
