Job Description
Job Objectives
- To provide business and operational support to other financial institutions (OFIs) such as micro-finance banks, mortgage banks, and other licensed entities.
- It ensures seamless service delivery by managing onboarding, transaction monitoring, issue resolution, and relationship support, while collaborating with internal teams to maintain service standards and strengthen institutional partnerships.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to OFIs on operational and service-related matters.
- Assist with onboarding and integration of OFIs onto payment platforms.
- Monitor transactions and settlements, escalating discrepancies for timely resolution.
- Liaise with Technology, Operations, Risk, and Finance teams to resolve issues within SLAs.
- Maintain updated records of OFI activities, complaints, and resolutions.
- Support reconciliation, reporting, and periodic performance reviews.
- Document and track OFI feedback for process and service improvement.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4years post NYSC
Key Competency Requirements
- Knowledge: Good knowledge of payment systems, OFI operations, and settlement processes.
Skill/Competencies:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
