Key Responsibilities




  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales within assigned territory.

  • Ensure sales targets and objectives are achieved.

  • Monitor and evaluate performance of team members.

  • Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.

  • Submit timely reports on sales activities and results.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and customer service standards.



Qualifications & Skills




  • Minimum OND, BSc, HND

  • Proven experience in sales and team supervision.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
