Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with partner banks to design and execute consumer acquisition campaigns.
- Monitor and report on user growth performance per bank.
- Implement targeted sales tactics to engage end-users through bank partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure user growth strategies are aligned.
- Achieve and exceed growth targets across all assigned banks.
Requirements
- Proven success in B2B2C sales with measurable results.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
- Previous experience in fintech, banking, or consumer-focused technology preferred.
- BSc. In Business administration or Marketing
