Responsibilities




  • Develop tender documentation, including technical drawings, detailed specifications, and contractual terms.

  • Prepare and compile complete tender documentation, including technical and commercial bids, as well as compliance statements.

  • Assess project risks, opportunities, and constraints that could affect the tender process.

  • Perform cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project expenses and enhance profitability.

  • Applicants should have experience in calculating price adjustments and cost escalations.

  • Review project drawings, specifications, and related documents to fully understand the scope of work.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

  • Manage bid documentation and records.

  • Assist in the procurement process by supporting bid evaluation and negotiation activities.



Requirements




  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

  • 4-5 years of experience in bidding and tendering in the Oil and Gas Sector.

  • Must have experience in bidding for contracts in major oil companies like Shell, Chevron, etc.

  • Proficiency in using relevant software applications such as Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

  • Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards related to tendering and procurement.

  • Willingness to travel to project sites and work in challenging environments.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
