Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, marketing and referrals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close sales deals in line with company policies.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to customer needs.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that support lead generation.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.



Qualifications & Skills




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in core sales, business development, or customer relationship management.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
