Salary: 220 Gross



What You’ll Do:




  • Provide day-to-day IT support to staff across hardware, software, and networking issues. 

  • Troubleshoot and maintain LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks, firewalls, switches, and routers.

  • Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other enterprise applications.

  • Assist with user onboarding, system setups, and account management.

  • Ensure IT security best practices are followed.

  • Work on IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and network improvements.



What We’re Looking For:




  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 2–3 years’ experience in IT helpdesk or technical support.

  • Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or ITIL are an added advantage.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
