We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Continental / Asian Chef to join our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes across Continental and Asian menus.
Develop and execute new recipes that reflect international culinary standards.
Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality of meals served to guests.
Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene, food safety, and compliance with health regulations.
Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold culinary standards.
Collaborate with management on menu planning, costing, and sourcing fresh ingredients.
Ensure efficient use of kitchen resources to minimize waste.
Demonstrate exceptional plating and presentation skills to enhance guest dining experiences.
Requirements
Minimum of 10–15 years proven experience as a Continental/Asian Chef in reputable hotels, resorts, or fine-dining establishments.
Professional culinary certification or equivalent training.
Strong knowledge of international food trends, techniques, and flavor profiles.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Creativity and innovation in food presentation (plating skills are a plus).
