- Troubleshoot and repair assigned job(s)(Inverters, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Voltage Stabilizer and other Renewable Energy products) in accordance with the procedures of the service centre
- Attend to technical issues related to the product in and out of the service centre
- Documentation and reporting of service details
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned
- Knowledge of electronic circuits and components.
- Knowledge of basic home electrification.
- Computer literate and knowledge of office suite
