  • We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

  • The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion.



Responsibilities




  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including construction professionals, engineers, and subcontractors.

  • Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and issue resolution.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including safety, quality, and environmental risks.

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

  • Ensure stakeholder expectations are met and issues are resolved.

  • Track project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.

  • Ensure project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards.

  • Ensure compliance with construction regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

  • Implement quality control measures and safety protocols.

  • Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports and issue escalation.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

  • Membership in relevant professional bodies is an added advantage (e.g. COREN, MNSE)

  • Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).

  • Knowledge of construction industry-specific software (e.g., Autodesk, Revit).

  • Proven experience in construction project management (10+ years).

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
