Job Objective(s)
- Manages assigned projects in line with the Bank’s strategic objectives.
- The role ensures timely delivery of project deliverables within scope, budget, and quality standards, while ensuring alignment with the Bank’s IT strategy and governance framework
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage project development from beginning to end in line with the project life-cycle.
- Assist in developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, detailed work plans, status reports, and risk logs.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and issues, and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external service providers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) as appropriate.
- Track project performance using KPIs, ensuring adherence to governance and compliance standards.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder presentations.
- Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices within IT.
Job Requirements/ Experience
- Minimum education BSC in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
- Industry-specific certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP) will be an advantage
- 4–5 years’ experience in project management within IT or technology-driven environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks.
- Solid ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, Confluence).
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
