Job Objective(s)




  • Manages assigned projects in line with the Bank’s strategic objectives.

  • The role ensures timely delivery of project deliverables within scope, budget, and quality standards, while ensuring alignment with the Bank’s IT strategy and governance framework



Duties & Responsibilities




  • Manage project development from beginning to end in line with the project life-cycle.

  • Assist in developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, detailed work plans, status reports, and risk logs.

  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and issues, and recommending mitigation strategies.

  • Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external service providers to ensure project objectives are met.

  • Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) as appropriate.

  • Track project performance using KPIs, ensuring adherence to governance and compliance standards.

  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder presentations.

  • Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices within IT.



Job Requirements/ Experience




  • Minimum education BSC in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.

  • Industry-specific certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP) will be an advantage

  • 4–5 years’ experience in project management within IT or technology-driven environments.

  • Strong knowledge of project management frameworks.

  • Solid ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, Confluence).

  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
