About the Role
We are seeking passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our Human Resources team either as HR Interns or HR Analysts, depending on experience and career stage. This dual-track opportunity offers hands-on exposure to HR operations while also providing a pathway to analytical and strategic responsibilities in workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in day-to-day activities, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and data accuracy.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review.
- Participate in HR projects related to learning & development, performance management, and talent acquisition.
- For Analyst role: conduct deeper data analysis to identify trends in turnover, hiring, and workforce productivity, providing actionable insights to improve HR strategies.
- For Intern role: learn HR systems and processes while supporting the team with administrative and operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing study for Interns) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to HRIS is an added advantage.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with data (required for Analyst position).
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
