Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Creator at HomieSpec Foods Africa in Lagos State, Nigeria. We’re looking for a Content Creator who knows how to make ideas come to life. Create compelling content across platforms (think Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more).


• Develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand voice and goals. Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to bring campaigns to life.


• Stay on top of trends and jump on relevant moments to keep us fresh and engaging. Track performance and continuously optimize content based on analytics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)


• Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills (video and/or copy)


• Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar


• Familiarity with social media best practices, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics)


• Ability to adapt tone and messaging to different audiences and platforms


• Strong organizational and time-management skills — able to manage multiple content projects at once


• A portfolio or samples of past content (social posts, videos, blogs, campaigns, etc.)


• Familiarity with Hootsuite, Buffer or any other scheduling tools
