As a Branch manager you shall be responsible for the development, coordination, supervision and implementation of operational and business activities in the Branch. Your job is to manage all functions in the Branch operation including but not limited to human resources,marketing, credit, operations,finance and administration to assure day to day smooth running and sustainability of the organization while achieving targets and mitigating business risks.
You are expected to possess among others,leadership and people management skills, analytic skills, customer service skills, excellent negotiation and marketing skills,computer skills, problem-solving, proactive and result oriented and committed to Christian values with a passion to serve.
