Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fiber Squad Representative located in Lagos.


• The Fiber Squad Representative will be responsible for installing and maintaining Fiber to the Home (FTTH) systems, providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely completion of service orders.


• Daily tasks include field visits to customer locations, performing technical installations, explaining the service features to customers, and maintaining compliance with safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in Fiber Optic installation and troubleshooting


• Customer service and communication skills


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively


• Experience with tools and equipment used in fiber optics installation


• Proficiency in maintaining compliance with safety standards


• Previous experience in telecommunications or a related field is a plus


• A high school diploma or equivalent


• A valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for service calls.
