Role Overview




  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting SBSC’s portfolio of services.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across technology, HR consulting, and staff augmentation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Software development, HR and Consulting teams) to design tailored solutions for clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools.

  • Represent SBSC at networking events, conferences, and industry forums.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (experience in tech/consulting preferred).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Familiarity with technology solutions and HR services is an advantage.
