Responsibilities: 



Strategic Analysis and Planning: 




  • Assist in analyzing market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and potential risks. 

  • Support the development and execution of strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives. 



Data Analysis and Insights: 




  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations to senior management. 

  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques to solve complex business problems. 



Competitive Intelligence: 




  • Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and strategic moves. 

  • Use competitive insights to inform strategic decision-making and improve our competitive positioning. 



Project Management: 




  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects and initiatives. 

  • Take ownership of specific project tasks, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs. 



Financial Analysis: 




  • Assist in financial modeling and forecasting to evaluate the financial viability of strategic initiatives. 

  • Evaluate investment opportunities and potential M&A targets. 



Presentation and Communication: 




  • Prepare clear and compelling presentations for senior leadership and other stakeholders. 

  • Effectively communicate complex ideas and analysis to non-technical audiences. 



Requirements: 




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. 

  • At least 18 months of experience as a Strategy Analyst in a Big 4 or MBB (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) consulting firm. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. 

  • Basic proficiency in financial analysis and modeling. 

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas concisely. 

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
