- Multigate is looking for a detailed and well oriented and driven Business Development Executive who will be in charge of increasing company revenue and expanding our client portfolio.
- The individual should be persuasive and have strong business acumen as well as demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Mission for this Role
- To acquire and grow enterprise and upper-mid-market clients across Sub-Saharan Africa by selling Multigate’s Treasury Management Solution (TMS), achieving revenue targets while demonstrating excellence in solution-selling, relationship building, and cultural alignment with Multigate’s values.
Key Outcomes (What Success Looks Like):
- Revenue Growth: Generate $3million in ARR; achieve ≥100% quota.
- Client Acquisition: Close at least 12 new enterprise/upper-midmarket accounts annually.
- Solution Penetration: Sell 2+ modules per client; achieve ACV ≥ $250k.
- Pipeline Discipline: Maintain 3x pipeline coverage; weekly reports with <5% error.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Onboard clients within 60 days; quarterly product feedback.
- Client Retention & Expansion: First-year churn <5%; upsell ≥ $500k annually.

Critical Experience
- 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales (banking, fintech, SaaS, treasury-related).
- Proven track record of closing deals >$250k ACV.
- Understanding of treasury functions in African corporates.
- Experience engaging CFO/treasury-level executives.
