Summary:



  • Will be stationed at the front desk of the company to welcome visitors and take enquiries both in person, through emails and telephone.

  • Will take stock of office supplies and ensure that materials are adequately provided.

  • Will assist in the smooth running and administration of the company.

  • Will manage junior administrative team.

  • Will schedule meetings and appointments.

  • Will assist top staff of the company in their day to day activities.


Requirements:



  • B.Sc. or its equivalent in a related field

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience

  • Smart, detail oriented, has fantastic administrative skills, warm and welcoming, neat and tidy, has good verbal and written communications skills, posses good time management skills and is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
