About the Role




  • The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations within the establishment.

  • This role ensures the highest quality of customer service, operational efficiency, profitability, compliance with health and safety regulations, and adherence to brand standards.

  • The manager provides leadership to the team, fosters innovation, and drives revenue through excellent service delivery.



Key Responsibilities




  • Plan, organize, and manage all food and beverage operations to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.

  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

  • Oversee inventory management, procurement, and client relationships.

  • Track revenue, expenses, and profitability, implementing corrective measures where necessary.

  • Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve customer complaints or concerns.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to improve the overall guest experience.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote food and beverage offerings and events.

  • Identify and implement new trends, menu innovations, and service improvements.

  • Work with chefs, mixologists, and suppliers to enhance offerings.

  • Support promotional campaigns and special events to drive sales and brand visibility.



Qualifications and Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage management

  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, cost control, and financial management.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
