Job Summary
- We are seeking motivated, high-energy individuals whose primary function is to stimulate and recognize market opportunities as well as maintain good relationships with clients.
- Candidates will be expected to understand and undertake business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-customer (B2C) sales.
Main Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience.
- They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process and work to critique and improve its outcomes.
Specific Responsibilities
- Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaigns;
- Generating leads and conversion of leads to long term clients;
- Research and develop marketing strategies, and evaluate success strategy;
- Create and actualize digital marketing programs;
- Locate business opportunities by identifying prospects;
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
- Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements;
- Staying up-to-date on current marketing trends;
- Direct sales, Negotiation with clients;
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential clients;
- Participate in all promotional activities;
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information;
- Keep records of all leads and contacts of clients and update such records as often as needed;
- Participate in strategy, review and other meetings of the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing or related fields;
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Asset Management/Financial Services Industry;
- Strong analytical, and time-management skills;
- Experience with social media;
- Excellent persuasive skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Highly detail-oriented;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Strategic thinking, high creativity and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent reporting skills;
- High ethical standards and integrity;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and build relationships with all levels of management.
