Job Overview





  • The Sales Administration Officer will provide vital support to the sales team by ensuring seamless coordination between clients, sales executives, and internal departments.




  • This role is central to driving customer satisfaction by managing sales documentation, processing vehicle and equipment sales, and supporting the delivery of high-quality service to customers.





Key Responsibilities




  • Prepare and process vehicle sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales databases.

  • Liaise with the sales team, finance, and logistics to ensure timely vehicle delivery.

  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

  • Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth post-sales support process.

  • Support the sales team in tenders, proposals, and fleet sales documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and industry regulations.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • 2–4 years’ experience in sales administration or related role (automotive industry preferred).

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
