Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand client base and drive revenue growth.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and sponsorships within the media and entertainment industry.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, corporate organizations, and direct clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, sales, and marketing) to align business goals with service delivery.

  • Track market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Oversee agency sales, direct sales, and client services while ensuring targets are met.

  • Prepare proposals, pitch presentations, and reports for management review.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 6 years’ proven experience in business development, sales, or client services within the media industry (broadcast, digital, or advertising).

  • Strong network and relationships with advertising agencies, media buyers, and corporate clients.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Leadership and team management experience will be an added advantage.
