Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand client base and drive revenue growth.
Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and sponsorships within the media and entertainment industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, corporate organizations, and direct clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (content, sales, and marketing) to align business goals with service delivery.
Track market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Oversee agency sales, direct sales, and client services while ensuring targets are met.
Prepare proposals, pitch presentations, and reports for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years’ proven experience in business development, sales, or client services within the media industry (broadcast, digital, or advertising).
Strong network and relationships with advertising agencies, media buyers, and corporate clients.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Leadership and team management experience will be an added advantage.
