Job Description
Responsibilities
- Welcome and register visistors professionally and notify relevant staff of visitor arrival
- Sign in visistors using the log book/tags provided
- Contact relevant company personnel to ensure visitors are attended to
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
- Keep visitors informed at all times of delays, changes toarrangement
- Provide any other assistant required in a willing, pleasant and professional manner
- Deal with difficult situations in an assertive and friendly manner
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized and welcoming at all times
- Receive, log, and sign incoming mails and distribute within the hour
- Source and provide relevant information to callers as appropriate
- Monitor visitor access and ensure compliance with company security protocol.
Educational Qualification
- HND or BSc in any discipline, preferably in Social Sciences
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist / Customer Service.
