Responsibilities 




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the organization’s client base.

  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities in the health insurance sector.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in Health Insurance/Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) is compulsory.

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management.

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
