- The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for members, visitors, and partners at Mitera Health HMO.
- This role is crucial for creating a positive and welcoming environment, efficiently managing inquiries, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all members, visitors, and vendors, providing assistance and directing them appropriately.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the relevant departments or personnel.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for various departments, ensuring efficient t ime management.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Process basic member inquiries regarding services, appointments, or general information, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams.
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a front desk, reception, or administrative support role, preferably within a healthcare or HMO setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
