Key Responsibilities




  • Warmly greet and welcome all members, visitors, and vendors, providing assistance and directing them appropriately.

  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the relevant departments or personnel.

  • Schedule appointments and meetings for various departments, ensuring efficient t ime management.

  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional reception area.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Process basic member inquiries regarding services, appointments, or general information, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams.

  • Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.



Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in a front desk, reception, or administrative support role, preferably within a healthcare or HMO setting.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.

  • Professional demeanor and appearance.

  • Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and empathy. • Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment
