Job Summary




  • We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Assistant Sales Representative to support our sales operations, engage with customers, and contribute to driving business growth.

  • The ideal candidate will assist with daily sales activities, administrative support, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities




  • Assist in sales activities, including attending to customers and attracting new clients to improve sales.

  • Drive sales by bringing in new customers and promoting products/services.

  • Handle cash lodgement for sales transactions.

  • Welcome and assist customers at the shop, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

  • Inform customers about promotions and encourage purchases.

  • Ensure proper product display for visibility and appeal.

  • Conduct periodic stock inventory checks.

  • Assist in loading and offloading goods as needed.

  • Help set up the shop for daily operations.

  • Provide administrative support to the sales department.

  • Prepare and organize sales-related documents, including invoices.



Qualifications




  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and with minimal supervision.

  • Basic organizational and administrative skills.

  • Must be proactive, sales-driven, and customer-focused.

  • Must reside in Yaba, Oyinbo, Obalende, or CMS.
