In charge of planning & coordination of the overall strategy, implementation, and team management for Installer Operation,based on business strategies and Sales Distribution.
Establish and enhance installer membership system through professional training, incentive, community engagement, and interactive activities. Foster stable business relationships with itel Brand and EPCs & installers to drive EPC-side sales.
Provide customized training for internal/external clients (e.g., installers, channel partners, new employees) to promote Brand, Product, Service & Sales Policy, and empower industry knowledge & skills.
Monitor market and competitor dynamics via market research to deliver information support for business development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
Analytical and process-oriented with a focus on efficiency.
Adaptability to handle unexpected changes and operational challenges.
Customer service orientation and team collaboration skills.
