  • A Sales Representativesells a company's products and services by generating leads, demonstrating offerings, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer relationships to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth

  • .Key responsibilities include building and managing a sales pipeline, providing excellent customer service, staying informed about market trends, and achieving individual or team sales quotas.



Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:




  • Identifying and prospecting new customers (leads) through various methods like cold calling, referrals, or marketing-generated "warm" leads.

  • Presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential clients to explain their features and benefits.

  • Negotiating contract conditions, pricing, and terms of sale to secure new business.



Customer Relationship Management:




  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.

  • Providing ongoing customer support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.



Sales Strategy & Performance:




  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales and achieve revenue goals.

  • Tracking and analyzing sales activity, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance against sales targets (quotas).

  • Coordinating with internal teams, such as marketing, to align sales efforts and strategies.



Essential Skills




  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and client interaction.

  • Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and foster strong customer relationships.

  • Negotiation & Persuasion: The capacity to effectively negotiate terms and persuade clients to purchase products or services.

Salary

N70,000 - N80,000 per month.
