Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Identifying and prospecting new customers (leads) through various methods like cold calling, referrals, or marketing-generated "warm" leads.
- Presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential clients to explain their features and benefits.
- Negotiating contract conditions, pricing, and terms of sale to secure new business.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Providing ongoing customer support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy & Performance:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales and achieve revenue goals.
- Tracking and analyzing sales activity, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance against sales targets (quotas).
- Coordinating with internal teams, such as marketing, to align sales efforts and strategies.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 per month.
