Responsibilities

Administrative & Clerical Support:




  • Manage the ED’s diary, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and manage correspondence.

  • Handle office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing stationery supplies.



Travel & Logistics:




  • Book flights, hotels, and transport.

  • Prepare detailed itineraries for business and personal trips.



Errands & Personal Tasks:




  • Handle personal requests (banking, shopping, reservations).

  • Support ED’s personal commitments that may overlap with work.



Meeting Support:




  • Prepare meeting venues (physical/virtual).

  • Circulate documents and materials in advance.

  • Record meeting notes if required.



Confidentiality:





  • Maintain discretion while managing personal and professional information.
