Responsibilities
Administrative & Clerical Support:
- Manage the ED’s diary, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and manage correspondence.
- Handle office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing stationery supplies.
Travel & Logistics:
- Book flights, hotels, and transport.
- Prepare detailed itineraries for business and personal trips.
Errands & Personal Tasks:
- Handle personal requests (banking, shopping, reservations).
- Support ED’s personal commitments that may overlap with work.
Meeting Support:
- Prepare meeting venues (physical/virtual).
- Circulate documents and materials in advance.
- Record meeting notes if required.
