Key Responsibilities




  • Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions.

  • Prepare, record, and reconcile financial statements.

  • Process receipts, invoices, payments, and other financial documentation.

  • Monitor and retire petty cash and expense records.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control procedures.

  • Provide support in preparing budgets, reports, and audits.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields

  • 2 - 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in real estate or related sector.

  • Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, etc.) is an added advantage.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.

  • High attention to detail and integrity.
