Role Overview




  • We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer who will lead all online marketing efforts to position IPMC as a trusted ESG rating authority. This role combines strategy, execution, and creativity to grow awareness, generate leads, and support business development.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with ESG and sustainability themes.

  • Manage and grow IPMC’s online presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, website, newsletters).

  • Design and run targeted ad campaigns to reach companies, investors, and stakeholders who need ESG ratings.

  • Promote IPMC’s ESG reports, policies, and methodologies through digital channels.

  • Plan and coordinate podcasts/webinars on ESG topics to establish thought leadership.

  • Create high-quality content (articles, case studies, infographics, videos) tailored to ESG trends and IPMC’s services.

  • Support sales by generating leads through digital campaigns and nurturing them into report requests.

  • Manage SEO and website optimization to ensure IPMC ranks for ESG-related searches.

  • Monitor analytics, measure campaign effectiveness, and provide performance reports.

  • Research and recommend digital tools for marketing automation, lead generation, and audience engagement.

  • Assist in developing partnerships and contacting potential clients through digital outreach.



What Success Looks Like




  • Increased awareness of IPMC as an ESG rating authority.

  • Growth in inbound requests for ESG reports and ratings.

  • Stronger engagement with stakeholders through podcasts, articles, and campaigns.

  • Measurable growth in digital presence and lead conversion.



Qualifications




  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in finance, ESG, sustainability, or data services.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and paid advertising.

  • Content creation skills (writing, design basics, video/podcast promotion).

  • Ability to translate ESG and data insights into engaging marketing material.

  • Analytical mindset with knowledge of marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

  • Strong communication and outreach skills.
