Key Responsibilities
- Market understanding: Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, analyze consumer insights, and monitor industry trends to develop actionable marketing strategies.
- Channel Partner Management: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and other partners to expand the reach of the product.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals to drive revenue growth through the chosen channels.
- Sales Execution: Present and demonstrate samples/products, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Daily reports and close collaborations with Chinese supplier and local sales lead via wechat/Lark.
Requirements
- 3+ years strong sales experiences in related fields
- strong channel resources, track record of excellent sales performance
- deep product knowledge and understanding
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Must own a smart phone (Android or iPhone) with We Chat and lark compatibility for work-related communication.
- Cross border trade experience will be a plus

Remuneration
- N150,000 Monthly Base pay
- Tiered sales performance pay (effective sales leads/Monthly sales KPI)16m
- Customer service incentive (20k).
