• NYSC - Serving Corps members


• Former NYSC - Not later than 4 years post service (i.e 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025)


• INEC staff - INEC permanent staff on Grade Level 07 & 08


• MDAs (Federal and State) - Permanent Staff with OND or on GL 07 – 10


• Federal Tertiary students - Penultimate students of Federal Tertiary Institutions

General Requirements

• Applicants must reside in any of Anambra, Delta, Enugu, and Imo state.
