  • We are looking for a results-driven Sales Officer to join our HR Outsourcing team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our HR outsourcing solutions such as payroll management, recruitment, background checks, training, and employee outsourcing. This role requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses optimize their human resource functions.



Responsibilities




  • Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for HR outsourcing services.

  • Present and promote HR outsourcing solutions (payroll, recruitment, staffing, training, compliance, etc.) to prospective clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

  • Collaborate with the HR outsourcing operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM tools.

  • Attend networking events, industry seminars, and exhibitions to generate leads.

  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer needs.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.

  • 2 – 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in HR outsourcing, professional services, or B2B sales.

  • Strong understanding of HR outsourcing solutions and HR processes is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with business executives.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
