Job Summary




  • We are looking for a competent HR/Admin Officer to oversee all administrative and human resource functions, ensuring smooth operations and employee satisfaction.



Responsibilities




  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

  • Organize training sessions and performance appraisals

  • Oversee general office operations and logistics

  • Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll records

  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture

  • Support management with administrative tasks.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 3+ years of HR and admin experience

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.



Salary

N200,000 monthly.
