Responsible for managing, pension administration, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance at our head office in Ibadan
Key Responsibilities
Handle pension matters
Involve in payroll administration, leave and benefit and compensation management
Coordinate recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, and interviews
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures
Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
Oversee performance appraisals and training programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Prepare periodic HR reports and support payroll processing.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
4-6 years of core HR experience
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Membership of a professional body is a must (i.e., CIPMN)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
