Job Summary




  • Responsible for managing, pension administration, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance at our head office in Ibadan



Key Responsibilities




  • Handle pension matters

  • Involve in payroll administration, leave and benefit and compensation management

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, and interviews

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

  • Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures

  • Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes

  • Oversee performance appraisals and training programs

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

  • Prepare periodic HR reports and support payroll processing.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 4-6 years of core HR experience

  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

  • Membership of a professional body is a must (i.e., CIPMN)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.

  • The potential candidate must reside in Ibadan, Orita Challenge area
