Job Description
RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION:
Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled workers in the manufacturing sector. This includes managing the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding for roles across the factory.
DAY TO DAY:
- Candidate Sourcing: Post job openings on various platforms, network to find suitable candidates, and build talent pipelines. Support the talent acquisition team by managing all administrative tasks throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, initial negotiation, and assist with coordinating interviews and assessments.
- Administrative Support: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), document candidate interactions, and manage recruitment-related paperwork.
- Candidate Experience: Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, provide timely updates, and ensure a positive experience.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth logistics. Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews, and communicate with candidates to provide timely updates on their application status.
- Support for hiring managers: Assist hiring managers and senior recruiters by preparing interview materials and coordinating feedback.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding new hires by preparing documentation and coordinating with the HR team.
- Reporting & Data Management: Track recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and ensure accurate data entry in the ATS.
- Event participation: Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events to attract top talent
