About the Role

• We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Floor Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service.


• The role involves supervising sales staff, maintaining product displays, and ensuring smooth workflow on the sales floor to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support sales floor staff to deliver excellent customer service.


• Monitor and maintain store standards, product displays, and cleanliness.


• Ensure stock is replenished, well-presented, and correctly priced.


• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.


• Support management in meeting sales targets and operational goals.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of OND or equivalent work experience.


• Must have 2-5 years experience


• Proven experience in retail sales and supervision.


• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
