Role Overview




  • The Sales & Business Development Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting client companies that need recruitment services.

  • The role requires building relationships, pitching solutions, and consistently delivering on sales targets.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and engage prospective clients (SMEs, corporates, NGOs, startups).

  • Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and calls to generate new business.

  • Deliver sales pitches and presentations to HR decision-makers.

  • Negotiate terms and close recruitment service agreements.

  • Maintain a pipeline of active prospects and provide weekly sales updates.

  • Collaborate with Operations Executive to align client needs with service delivery.

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 2 – 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience (preferably in HR/recruitment).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets remotely.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
