Salary:N300,000-N400,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and expand into new markets while retaining key customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with distributors and wholesalers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in FMCG (preferably water/PET products).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
