Job Summary




  • We are currently seeking for qualified and experienced applicants to fill the role of Personal Assistant for one of our clients in an I.T firm.



Major Responsibilities




  • Manage schedules, appointments, and official correspondence.

  • Take accurate meeting minutes and distribute them promptly.

  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company information.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.



Requirements




  • Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is an added advantage.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Proximity to locations such as Shomolu, Bariga, Palmgroove, and its environs is compulsory.
