Job Summary
- The Business Development Associate will support the company’s growth by identifying new opportunities, assisting in building client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation.
- This role requires a proactive and driven individual with strong communication skills who can balance research, prospecting, and client engagement while supporting the wider business development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of business development strategies to secure new clients and revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of leads across target industries and service areas.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
- Assist in preparing tailored proposals, pitches, and presentations for clients.
- Engage with potential clients through prospecting, outreach, and follow-ups.
- Support end-to-end client engagement from initial contact through onboarding and relationship management.
- Track, analyze, and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Services, Operations, and Creative) to align proposals and delivery with client needs.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (agency experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to engage clients and contribute to revenue growth.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to conduct research and provide market insights to support strategy.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience in the media, consulting, branding, or marketing industry is highly desirable.
