Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage leave records, disciplinary documentation, and exit processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries from staff.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO or senior executives.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
- Screen calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely responses.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
- Coordinate office operations, including vendor liaison and procurement support.
