Job Description
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients through personalized financial services.
- Build trusted relationships by offering customized banking, lending, and investment solutions.
- Conduct regular client reviews to understand evolving financial goals and identify new opportunities.
- Ensure high standards of client service, responsiveness, and confidentiality.
Financial Advisory & Planning:
- Provide financial advice on a broad range of products including wealth planning, structured products, credit solutions, and investment portfolios.
- Collaborate with internal teams (investment advisors, credit analysts, legal/compliance, etc.) to develop and implement holistic financial strategies.
- Help clients understand risk profiles and guide them in portfolio structuring and diversification.
Business Development:
- Identify and onboard new high-net-worth clients through referrals, networking, and targeted marketing.
- Maintain a strong external presence and network with potential clients, centers of influence, and professional advisors.
- Achieve assigned revenue and asset growth targets.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure all banking activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.
- Conduct appropriate due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) assessments.
- Monitor client accounts for irregularities or signs of financial risk.
