Job Summary

• As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring smooth execution of brand initiatives.


• You will develop strategies, manage finances, supervise teams, and foster strong supplier and vendor relationships to support the brand’s success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and growth


• Oversee daily operations including production, inventory, and logistics


• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to guide decision-making


• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and collaboration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field


• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in business management, preferably in fashion


• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills


• Knowledge of the Nigerian fashion market and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
