This role requires a professional with deep knowledge of the construction industry, strong project management expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, global business environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive-level support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth coordination of daily operations.
Oversee and manage high-level projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Act as a key liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare and review reports, presentations, and business documents for executive decision-making
Coordinate local and international travel arrangements, schedules, and logistics.
Represent the Managing Director in meetings, when required, with professionalism and discretion.
Anticipate the needs of the Managing Director and proactively resolve issues to ensure optimal efficiency.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
5+ years’ experience in executive support roles, preferably within the construction industry.
Strong project management skills with proven ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Demonstrated international exposure and cultural adaptability.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
High degree of discretion, professionalism, and organizational ability.
