Your responsibilities



In summary, you'll:




  • Develop and manage robust ethics and compliance programmes, ensuring they align with legal standards and dynamic regulatory landscapes.

  • Conduct thorough compliance assessments and regular audits, pinpointing potential risks or areas needing attention.

  • Educate and train our employees to foster a pervasive understanding of ethical practises and compliance.

  • Lead investigations into reports of misconduct, ensuring appropriate resolution and maintaining Reckitt's high ethical standards.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams on compliance training materials and communication tactics.

  • Coordinate with other governance functions (Legal, Internal Audit, HR, Finance etc.) in the region.

  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes to keep our policies updated and compliant.

  • Champion the ethical and compliance culture within the region.



The experience we're looking for




  • A seasoned background in ethics and compliance or related fields, especially within corporate environments.

  • Expert knowledge of global compliance obligations, with a well-honed capability to navigate and interpret complex regulations.

  • Strong investigative skills coupled with a solutions-focused mindset.

  • Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex compliance concepts into accessible information.

  • An independent and team-oriented work ethic, with the ability to manage and prioritise effectively.

  • A commitment to continuous personal and process improvement.

  • Knowledge of elements of an effective in-house compliance program and global regulatory requirements related to anti-bribery / anti-corruption.

  • Experience in Data Analysis and Presentations.
